History

James came alone on Fortune and arrived in 1621 in Plymouth a couple of weeks after the first Thanksgiving. He originally sailed on the ship Speedwell, that left England along with the Mayflower, his first ship started taking on water & returned to England and the departed on The Fortune with the other passengers of the Speedwell, they arrived in Plymouth on 11 Nov 1621.

On the next ship the Ann came Roberts' 2nd wife: Margaret Winslow and their children: Samuel, Lydia, Phebe, & Ephraim Hicks.  

Two of Robert & Elizabeth Morgan sons: John & Stephen Hicks arrived in America much later.
